Hello! I started collecting cels back in 1993 with my favorite animated show, starring the Mighty Masked Mallard, Darkwing Duck.
I progressed slowly and made my way up to an expensive Animaniacs cel (which became my favorite animated show after DW was cancelled).
Since those early days, I hadn't thought about collecting cels... something about paying for college & eating something other than Ramen, seemed more important than buying hard to find painted plastic.
Now that I'm sort of working in the field, I was reminded of how cool it was owning a piece of the production from my favorite shows.
I'm hoping to add some personalized drawings and stuff from my favorite creators, but I'm too much of a chicken to ask (plus, it's a little awkward for someone in my position to ask for something personal from a creative team).
So, welcome to my collection and I hope you enjoy my cels... as I'm very envious of some of the other collections out there ^_^
